Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is a British-Canadian actress famous for her character in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. Her character was the same in the film Sex and the City 2008 as well as Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City 2 in 2010. Also, she is known for her roles as a leading actress in the films of the 1980s Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO TV comedy Sex & the City is one of the most memorable. Cattrall is a well-known actress, has credited her portrayal of Samantha Jones as a career-defining performance. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She is mostly known for her performance in the comedy drama movie La Dolce Vita. It won an Oscar as well as also the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and was also a commercial and critically acclaimed success. Before beginning her career in acting it was her job to be Sweden's fashion model. She was crowned an award in the Miss Sweden competition. After that, she moved to US after which she started appearing in various films as minor characters. The first role she was credited with was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was a Venusian guard. Later that year, after starring as a character in Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most promising newcomer category.
